The following testimonials were received from my clients and are shared with permission from all individuals.

"I have struggled my whole life feeling different, inadequate, like I was "faking" my way through school and work, that I was barley holding it together and one day someone would figure me out for the imposter that I was.

I received my official ADHD diagnosis in my late 30's and a lightbulb came on for me as suddenly everything made sense and I realized I wasn't the only person in the world like me. That was followed by an overwhelming feeling of sadness and hopelessness. I realized how great of an impact ADHD played on my daily life and my relationships, especially my marriage which was in very bad shape at the time. I thought that even though it explained so much of my life to me that I was still unable to do anything about it.

I met Gabriella later that year. When I started working with her, I no longer felt alone in this dark place. She helped me come to terms with, accept and even embrace ADHD as a part of who I am and see the beautiful side of it too.

She helped me to define the life I wanted both personally and professionally and to identity specific behaviors that were counter-productive to these goals. Over the next year she taught me how to catch many of these behaviors before they started, to set myself up for success, to take responsibility without shame, and how to use the tools she gave me to work through tough situations so I didn't fall back into "old habits". She helped me focus on the successes, no matter how small, and to pick myself up and move forward when I had setbacks.

Because of Gabriella, her coaching, support and friendship, I am in such a different place today. I have so much more happiness in life, my marriage has completely turned around, and my life is finally heading on a path that I have chosen."

"After years of self-help books, therapy and medications I had yet to make any meaningful progress in getting my ADHD (primarily inattentive type) under control. I continued to lose focus, misplace items, forget to pay bills, miss deadlines, etc. I often felt like Sisyphus, who in Greek mythology was condemned to an eternity of rolling a giant boulder up a steep hill only to watch it roll back down. Then I met Gabby. In the short time I have been working with her I have accomplished more than I could have ever imagined, and gained tremendous clarity about myself.

How Gabby Works:

Gabby approaches coaching in a holistic way that addresses all areas of my daily existence, from creating task lists to developing a vision of my perfect lifestyle. She combines compassionate listening and step-by-step real-world solutions tailor made for the ADHD personality type. At each coaching session we develop action steps specific to my goals, Gabby reviews my progress, and holds me accountable for my work. She cheers on my successes and helps me to work through my missteps. She is helping me on an ongoing basis to set up and refine simple, yet effective systems and processes to help reduce my stress and create a more orderly existence. She has also helped me to identify and focus on the most important areas of my life, and avoid time wasting activities. When I have setbacks Gabby offers suggestions on how to approach the issue again. There is no judgment, so I don’t feel my usual sense of failure/shame for messing up. Although she will make it clear that she is not a therapist, for me her coaching has been great “therapy.” The emotional support she has given me has been absolutely priceless. Coaching with Gabby is an ongoing process, one that requires hard work and dedication, but it has given me both peace of mind and a glimmer of hope that I can get my life under control. I only wish I had started working with her years ago.

Albert Einstein once said “We can't solve problems by using the same kind of thinking we used when we created them.” I think for those of us suffering from ADHD this observation carries a profound message; trying to use your “ADHD mind” to solve your ADHD problems is basically futile. Not to mention unproductive. So if you’re struggling with ADHD, and you’re tired of trying to roll that big ADHD rock up a steep hill of life, then you owe it to yourself to give Gabby a call. It could bee the most important call of your life."

I reached out to Gabriella for support in managing my condition a few months ago. This is perhaps one of the most important and best decisions I made that changed the course of my life.

One of the first things I noticed is the fact that she is not judgmental and she fully understands how it feels to live with ADHD which made me comfortable and validated. She has a methodical approach by using a framework to assess then resolve many situations that arise in life (some due to ADHD). I now finally have the tools to tackle these situations on my own and feel more in control of my life.

She is very knowledgeable about ADHD and related issues and is very solution oriented. After starting coaching, I now have a clear understanding of what my problems are and how to solve them. Through her support I discovered what makes me truly happy in terms of work, life and so many other things. She helped me find my true passion professionally & personally and continues to help me stay on track to achieve the goals that I have set for myself. I have benefited immensely from working with her over the last 9 months and highly recommend her.

"Gabriella is a skillful listener with an ability to quickly get to the heart of the matter with targeted questions.  By pointing out when I have moved off topic, she re-directs my attention to the subject at hand. This promotes clearer understanding of any issues and facilitates coming up with effective action plans.

Discussions with Gabriella have helped me recognize what my real goals and priorities are. With her help I now can visualize my goals and break them down into realistic steps. My anxiety level goes down once things are in perspective and my motivation increases as my productivity and efficiency returns.

With Gabriella’s support I manage my projects better, increase throughput, and meet my deadlines."

"Working with Gabriella has changed my life for the better. When I told her about some difficulties I’ve had for as long as I can remember, she suggested, based on her knowledge of ADHD, that I might have the disorder and recommended that I see a professional. That recommendation lead to my diagnosis at the age of 43.

Since then, Gabriella has given me numerous tips about how to manage the disorder, has recommended useful resources, and is helping me feel confident that I can accomplish my goals. I will always be grateful for her insight and desire to support me."
